A car listed in the catalogue is not confirmed for specific dates. Open its card and contact the rental company to agree the dates, time, and pickup location.
What is included in the rental price?
The card shows the daily price and available offer terms. Ask the company to confirm the total price, mileage limit, deposit, delivery, and any extra charges.
Is a deposit required, and when is it returned?
If the card lists a deposit, confirm the condition with the company. Before paying, ask about the payment method, possible deductions, and return time; these depend on the specific offer.
Which documents will I need?
The rental company sets the document, age, and driving-experience requirements. Contact it before arranging the rental and confirm that your documents are accepted.
Can I pick up the car at the airport or drive outside the city?
